I just calculated what my daily water intake should be. And after reading this article, it makes sense but is still quite shocking how much water we lose a day.
So I’m aiming to drink 2 litres of water a day. I love water so I don’t think of this as a chore. At the moment I’m not sure how much I drink a day. But I do have about a glass with every meal. Then I have green tea in the mornings and maybe the occasional small glass of juice. What I think I’ll try do to help me calculate is every morning I’ll fill up a 1.5 L bottle with just water and drink my water from that and aim to finish it everyday. The other 500ml I should get from my travel bottle and/or green tea. Let’s see how this goes!
