This Week’s Looks: It’s Been An Interesting Year

I’m on leave! YAY! So, this’ll be the last This Week’s Looks post for the year as I wind down and take a massive chill pill on everything, spend some quality time with my family and special ones. Other posts will continue pretty much as usual cos I still have quite a lot to say and show 🙂

Last weekend was the first full weekend I’d had in a few weeks, so it was awesome to finally be able to do my wash day properly on Sunday. I washed and deep conditioned with my current fave line – Mizani True Textures (review coming soon, I promise!) and braided chunky braids as usual. On Monday, I didn’t feel like undoing them as the weather was quite questionable so just rocked a beanie. But I made a conscious decision to leave Fro be and rock it free the rest of the week just so it could have a break from the accessories challenge of last month.

On Monday:

Tuesday:

Open cardi & Wedge boots – Cotton On. Tank top – Mr. Price. Jeans – Jay Jays. Leg warmers – H&M

Wednesday:

Cardi – Primark. Aisha dress – Cotton On. Flats – Mr. Price

Yeah, I know bout the chipped nails. What to do…

Thursday:

Blazer & leggings – Mr. Price. Shirt – Primark. Boots – Cotton On.

Friday:

T shirt- Mr. Price. Jeans & platforms- Cotton On.

And that’s it…for now. Despite the lil stage of abandonment I put Fro through a couple of weeks ago (that I’ve admittedly continued slightly til now :s) it’s stayed with me. It’s been a okay year. Here’s to another one!
