This Week’s Looks

After having my first twists in the whole of last week, I washed my hair with my twists still in and undid them the next day when they were fully dry. Umm, not going to do that again. Unless I put my hair into thicker twists next time cos untwisting some of them was quite the mission. My hair had already started matting on itself :s. So I was very careful when undoing them to avoid ripping my hair apart. I loved the curl definition the twists gave me but I had to finger detangle them to clear the knots. I’ll definitely twist again, just probably stick to fatter ones since even the medium sized ones only lasted a week on my head lol. I pretty much prepped my hair in the evenings by doing my usual spritz but this time instead of plaits, I put my hair into fat twists. Ok, so this is me…

Loved this look! On Monday eve, as I was prepping my hair I decided to try doing some ‘neater’ double flat twists on the side (since I still can’t cornrow…*hmmpff*) to wear the next day. I put the rest into fat twists and undid just those the next day. Not perfect but hey, who is? LOVE!

Wednesday:

I kept the same twists in from the previous day, just re-twisted the ‘free’ bits and undid them in the morning. Super easy 😀

Then I had the bright idea of wearing the rest of my hair in a side puff the next day. Totally worked 😀
Thursday:
