#ISaveAfros: A Natural Hair Brunch & Chat

I’m beyond excited to announce my first solo event!

I’m hosting an intimate brunch next month, and I’m inviting you to join me. There is no entrance fee, it’s on me. To get a seat at the table, you have to enter and win one of my 14 days of giveaways.

I’ve always loved meeting you in person. From the ladies who bump into me on my commute to and from work on the Gautrain to random run ins in airports, it always leaves such a deep mark on my heart. I love hearing your stories, your feedback and love. I appreciate it so, so much. So, rather than leaving it to chance, I’m having a get together where we’ll chat all things natural hair, womanhood and life.

So here’s how it’ll work:

• Follow my giveaways on Facebook and Instagram (if you aren’t following me on either yet, please do to stay up to date).
• Daily giveaways will start tomorrow 1st March and end on 14th March.
• Every day, I’ll be giving away a cute hamper of hair or beauty goodies to one winner.
• You have a day to enter.
• I’ll announce the winner the next day on the original post.
• You’ll win the hamper and a seat at my brunch table.
• You can only receive your hamper if you attend the brunch.

The Prize:

A seat at my #ISaveAfros brunch table + the daily hamper you won on Facebook or Instagram.

How to enter:

• Follow (not just like) me on Facebook and/or Instagram and keep an eye out daily. There will be a new hamper to win. Every. Single. Day.
• Facebook:

  • Tag two friends in the comments
• If you don’t win that day, enter the next day for another chance.
• To up your chances, you can enter on both Facebook and Instagram.

The rules:

• Each daily giveaway will be open from 8am – 8pm South African time. Giveaways will begin on March 1st, 2018 and end March 14th, 2018.
• The winner of the giveaway and seat at the #ISaveAfros table will be announced the following day on the original post.
• Each daily giveaway is only open to anyone who can attend the brunch on Saturday 17th March, 10 am – 12 pm in Sandton, Johannesburg. The location of the lunch will be given to the winners prior to the event. The hamper will be handed over there.
• Winner must be based in Johannesburg or cover their own costs to travel to Johannesburg and the venue on the date.
• If the chosen winner cannot attend the event, they forfeit their hamper and seat for a new winner to be chosen.
• One (1) winner will be chosen across both Facebook and Instagram. Therefore only one (1) winner daily.
• You can increase your chances of winning by entering on both platforms.
• Every winner will need to send their full name, email address and telephone number to pr@aishaandlife.com.
• If the winner does not respond to the announcement’s instructions within 48 hours of the announcement/contact, another winner will be chosen.
• The event will be documented and shared across all Aisha & Life platforms. By entering, you agree to participate in the documentation of the live event and waive all rights, interests and usage fees in perpetuity.
• None of the giveaways are sponsored by any of the brands featured.
